I. Working principle introduction
Tunnel type dryer's heat is from the combustion device, and adopts parallel-flow heating method. Therefore the raw material should goes from feed tank to the cylinder, then be pushed to the rear side by spiral plate. Because of its tilted layout, on one hand, material will flow to the back end with the effect of gravity and rotating movement; on the other hand, all the raw materials can be grabbed repeatedly, bring up then spreading down again in the cylinder to form even material curtain. In this way, material can get sufficient heat exchange in cylinder. With the repeatedly spread of raw material, moisture included into raw material can be drying out gradually so as to achieve the purpose of drying.
