1. unique way of heating, high thermal efficiency, saving energy and reducing consumption
We directly heat the pressure roller and strip, and attached to the high frequency and electromagnetic heating mode,  the hot-pressing machine adopts a new type of heating mode, make the slab been heated evenly, material layer is highly plasticized in the production process, heat stability, high thermal efficiency, small energy consumption, economic, reliable and energy-saving.
2.more dynamic pull model production, high pressure, powerful, plate of good quality
Take more dynamic pull model and match motor, the straw and high-density plate will have the following quality: uniform thickness, compact structure, stable quality.
 
3. fixed rolls ,build-in power, will not run deviation, can extend the body length of flat hot-pressing fuselage according to the production needs, improve the speed, increase output

4. automatically exhaust of moisture, the process of production is not affected by straw raw material moisture, can continuously hot-press forming board for a long time

The early stage of the experiment used oil burning boiler, heat through the heating plate, then switch to the electromagnetic heating, high frequency heating, lower energy consumption, low noise, scientific and environmentally friendly.
