Product Description
1. General
The BPF (BPFN) belt filter press is the successfully new discharged substance equipment on the basis of absorbing international advanced technology. This filter press has compact structure, continuous running, high efficient treatment, low energy consumption, low noise, easy management control, convenient installation and manufacturing, low intensity of worker labor and other advantages.
This product can widely used in the solid/liquid separation, material dehydration of municipal water supply and drainage, paper making, coal, metallurgy, chemical engineering, construction materials, foods, petrochemical industry, mine, textiles, printing and other industries.

3. Operating principle
1. After the flocculation treatment, wastewater becomes Floc, making the solid particles separate with the water in the wastewater, through the sludge distribution enter in the gravity dehydration zone, and uniformly distribute all working surface.Under the affection of water gravity, the free water is separated with Floc, through the filter band to filter most of free water in the filter pulp. In this process, scraper system lying staggered above the filter band ploughs water channel in the sludge, wiper under the filter band supports the filter band, and wipe away filtered fluid, make freer water accelerated emission thus improved the dewatering effect. After finishing this process, the sludge basically looses its fluidity, and benefits the subsequent squeezing and dehydration.The squeezer with thickener, of which the function of thicken part is the same with above described function, but it has special strainer and adjusting mechanism. And meanwhile the filter band structure is special; the moving speed is fast, the gravity dehydration effect is better.
The first pressure section is wedge-shaped dehydration zone, which consists of two filter bands. After the gravity dehydration of sludge, through the movement of belt, entering the wedge-shaped zone, the sludge becomes small in the wedge-shaped space consisted by these two belts, finally in the folding process of these two belts, make the struck sludge gradually become big for the pressure, press the filter water from the filter cake.
The next pressure section is low pressure dehydration section, which consists of two special dehydration rollers; because the diameters of these two rollers are big, make the squeezing area increase, the opening area of roll surface is 75%, and the removed moisture after being through the inner filter band can be rapidly discharged. While for the diameters of these two rollers become small, the pressure on the roller is gradually increased, thus improve the dehydration effect.
Then the filter liquor enters in the high pressure dehydration zone, i.e. S pressure section. In this section, mud cake losing liquid is pressed, dislocated, sheared by several press rollers in the shape of "S", diameters of these rollers decreased gradually in the running direction of filter belt
Finally, after passing the stripping mechanism, the mud cake is shaved from top to end from the filter belt, then dropping in the transmission device, these two belts enter in the next working cycle after being sprayed and cleaned by the high-pressure water.
4. Structural features
1. Special feeding flocculant device, do not need power mixing, the flocculant effect is good, the dosing quantity is reduced.
2. Extended gravity dehydration, interlocked scraper systems and gravity dehydrated filter belt support the wiper group, as a result the gravity dehydration effect reaches the best.
3. Synchronous pneumatic tension control, under the lead of guiding device, ensure the synchronous parallel moving of tension roller, make the belt tension is constant in the direction of whole width, prevent it deviating from the center to early worn.
4. Pneumatic double-side automatic off-tracking mechanism ensures the coincident area is the biggest, promoting the production efficiency, ensures the filter belt runs in the best condition, and prolongs the service life of the filter belt.
5. High pressure automatic springs clean system, make the filter belt efficiently "reborn", ensure the water effect when circulating use the filter belt.
6. The machine frame is made of carbon steel materials, each symmetric plane is proceed totally at a once, the "s" shape pressure section of each roller's bearing base plate is installing and processing spontaneously for once. After welding, the whole machine frame will not be squeezed or transformed, its rigidity is good. Meanwhile, the supporting of each roller are all adopted fully hermetic solid hosing and adjusting roller bearing, which prolongs the service life of bearing, improve the bearing capacity of each roller, thus the running pressure between these two belts is improved.
7. Automatic sudden stop and alarming protection function, so the safety of equipment is strengthened.
8. The driving mechanism can adopt electrical frequency control, which can sufficiently control the running speed of filter belt, thus make the dehydration effect better and improve the production rate.

(2) Materials for components
(1) The machine frame is made of carbon steel, after the surface is treated by sand blasting, being printed with zinc enriched epoxy antiseptic paint.
(2) The each roller's head and the push rod and spindle in stretch roll mechanism are all adopting high quality medium carbon structural steel.
(3)The inner of each roller's head are adopting seamless steel tube to connect each other.
(4) Active roller, driven roller and adjusting roller surface encapsulation, the thickness of encapsulation is 10mm.
(5) Each roller adopts carbon steel seamless pipe, which wall thickness is 8~10mm.
(6) Liquid catching tray adopts carbon steel plate, after the surface is treated by sand blasting, being printed with zinc enriched epoxy antiseptic paint.

II. BPFN Thickening Belt Filter press
BPFN belt filter press is equipped with belt filter thickening press, compared with BPF belt filter press, the thickening press has separate tension mechanism and adjusting mechanism, compared with BPFLN vertical thickening belt filter press, its dehydration length of thickening filter belt is longer, thus dehydration effect is improved further. In addition, the thickener of this type is installed on the top of filter, thus reduce the covering area.
