For various powder, granule, sticky material drying projects, the hollow paddle drying machine is widely regarded as an ideal solution, however, restricted by its mechanical parts, the processing capacity of single one set machine is not ideal.
RD Multistage & Multilayer Drying Device with Multiple-effect ( also short as the RD drying device) is developed by our company on the basis of hollow paddle drying machine, and combined with the different scale of different plant. For this drying device, it adopts the mature technology of hollow paddle dryer together with the suitable heat recovery technology, energy saving technology, multi-effect evaporation technnology, and all this three technology is combined by the multilayer structure, to realize the large-scale manufacture of hollow blade dryer, and is one large scale drying device for bulk material processing.
Each layer can be thought as the modified hollow paddle drying machine, its working principle is the same as traditional hollow blade dryer, and layers can be combined 3 to 5 layers according to the production requirement. According to the changes of physical properties, moisture evaporation rate, and integrated heat transfer coefficient of powders and granules during drying process, the structurel of each stage paddle has been designed to realize the optimal operation parameters.
Due to the high moisture content of raw material before drying, there is one feeding design for complementary feeding in at the secondary drying system; And for the secondary system, the drying material is granular, so the volatile area is larger, heat transfer is faster, integrated heat transfer coefficient is bigger, all this can benefits the realization of rapid drying; with one supplementary feeding way, the drying rate is improved.
