BQF High Efficiency Shallow Air-flotation Water Purifier
I. Brief introduction
BQF high efficiency shallow air-flotation water purifier is developed and researched by the company on the basis of digesting and absorbing newest air-flotation home and abroad. This equipment is different from the traditional equipment, which the process is dynamic water come in and static water go out instead of static water come in, and dynamic water go out. Successfully apply the "zero speed" theories; make the body vertically float in the relevant static environment and fast move to the water surface, get the shortest rising distance. So this equipment has the advantages of fast water purification speed, large treatment ability, good effect etc. Thus this equipment is widely used in the treatment of urban wastewater and industry wastewater. II. Operating principle
Air-flotation water purified technology is current international relatively new sludge treatment technology.
The air-flotation water purified is under the condition of high-pressure, that dissolves large volume of air in the water as operating fluid dissovled gas water, in the condition of sharply releasing the pressure, uncountable burbles are released, through the surface tension effect, these bubbles sticks the impurities in the water after the dosing reaction.
High efficiency shallow air-flotation water purified technology is different from traditional air-flotation water purified technology. It adopts new process structure of rotating water distributor and rotating water collector , the inlet water speed of water distributor is the same as the rotation speed of opposite direction mechanism, forming "zero speed", the water in the tank is basically staying in static state. For dynamic water come in, static water go out instead of traditional static water come in, dynamic water go out, successfully apply the "zero speed" theories; make the floating body vertically float in the relevant static environment and fast move to the water surface, get the shortest rising distance, and not affected by the wastewater speed, thus the floating body rises fast, the staying time is shortened to 3~5min from traditional 30~40min, the depth of air-flotation tank can be greatly changed into 0.7m.
In recent years, our company carries out depth research on and analysis of practical running effect of shallow air-flotation equipment (i.e. dissolved gas efficiency of dissolved gas device, water purified efficiency), and reasons of affecting dissolved gas efficiency, improvement of blockage of dissolved gas realizing device and other aspects, design new dissolved gas realizing device which has better digestion, more even, the particle diameter of the releasing micro bubble is greatly reducing. Meanwhile, also improve the structure of dissolved gas device, increase the dissolved gas concentration and efficiency, and greatly enhanced the water purified efficiency of air-floatation equipment.

IV. Scope of application
·Applicable to pretreatment of waterworks
· Applicable to papermaking white water, wastewater treatment and fiber recycling of pulping middle section;
· Applicable to physical chemical treatment of printing and dyeing, chemical industry, light industry, foods, pharmacy, coking, oil production, beneficiation and other industry wastewaters;
· Applicable to the separation of bio-flocculate and water in biological treatment of various wastewaters (instead of secondary sedimentation tank); applicable to wastewater treatments which is for separating solid from liquid.
·In many applications of wastewater treatment, instead of biological treatment, through the 1 level air-floatation physical chemical treatment, basically realize the recycling use and up-to-standard emission.
·Adopt this equipment can reduce sharply the investment expense and operating cost.
1. Papermaking white water treatment and fiber recycling, the recycling rate reaches above 90%, the removing rate of COD reaches above 85%. The treated water can be recyclable used. Removing rate of COD in wastewater of middle section is about 70%.
2. COD removing rate of printing and dyeing wastewater, bleaching and textile wastewater is 60%~70%, BOD removing rate is about 50%, color removing rate of dyes like vulcanization, indanthrene can reach 70%~90%
3. After the various metal ion like Cr6+,Cu2+,Fe3+,Zn2+,Ni2+ is removed from the electroplating wastewater, reach the emission standard.
4. The removing rate of soap wastewater is above 70%, the removing rate of greasing is above 90%.
5. The removing rate of tannery wastewater organic matter is 70%, suspension solid removing rate is 90%.
VI. Equipment features:
